How to correct blurry images?

Shapes aren't coming into focus on the images I'm attempting to capture. Could someone suggest any foolproof ways to correct this? Any advice welcome... apologies if this question seems dumb, I'm new to posting on forums.

Do you mean a soft image or do you mean the background?

Firstly the question is not dumb at all. If you are thinking of correcting the blurry image then just try to use the retouching technique here. If you are using Photoshop then it must be easier for you.
