Tell me what to do with this picture. I thought I was going to like it so well when I took it. We were up high on mountain and almost got lost meandering around in the clouds. Does it need a different crop or more contrast or what. Something is wrong with it!!
Thanks

I like it, kind of begs for something else to be in the shot doesn't it? Never a horse around when you want one.

These atmospheric shots beg for contrast in my opinion... Once the mist has taken over the full detail in these circumstances large areas become negative space...
You've never minded in the past so I've given my interpretation as follows...
Increase the contrast by 50%...
Duplicate the layer and change the blending mode to screen, reduce opacity to suit...
Use the gradient tool on the mask to bring the detail back at the bottom of the picture...
Flatten image...
Duplicate layer...
Selective burning on the fence to bring it out a bit more...
Add a touch of Gaussian blur...
Crop negative space...
Probably not what you want but it's how I see it...
PS... Would also look good in MONO...

Wayne my thoughts exactly when I looked at the lcd but I have tried it and ehh just not satisfied. I can just hear all you guys saying a woman is never satisfied!!!!!!!!!
