Canon have released the 6D2, here are the main differences.
Both are full frame
the Mk1 had a 20.2 mp sensor, v the Mk2 26.2 mp
Focusing points are up from just 11 in the Mk1 to 45 in the Mk 2 (and they are all the better cross points, only one was a cross point in the Mk1)
ISO is up from 25.600 to 40.000 (not counting the expansion to 104.200)That said in the images I've seen the Mk1 is better.
Frames per second is up from 4.5 to 6.5
The Mk 2 has a newer digic 7 processor (as opposed to the 5+ in the Mk1)
The Mk2 offers a better flip out screen, now touch sensitive, and HRD video although still no 4k except time lapes, it also has 5 axis video stablising.
Neither camera has much if anything in the nature of weather proofing, if your out in poor weather/rain a lot these probably are not for you.
