It's our local airshow this weekend so I'm getting ready, weather looks really bad, low cloud at the moment and heavy rain forcast, it's also windy.
I'm going on public transport because the traffic in that town is a nightmare and it's easier to park up a tree than find a space (and they've put the price up to £15 ($20) for 4 hours, it's normally about £4 ($5.50)for the same time.
I'm not taking much kit as it'll be packed where I go, and thats the quiet end.
The main aircraft I'm hoping to see is a B17 but wether it'll actually show up and do a display may depend on the weather.

Thanks steve, the forcast was terrible, heavy rain and high winds. Well it was a little bit windy (too windy for the parachute display team) but not that bad, and as for the rain, I caught the sun a bit on my nose and neck, Shirly was crispy critered, her arms and face were burnt, she's still red today (she burns I go brown)and apart from a bit of cloud it was a nice day, even some blue sky.

Another red arrows shot away from the clouds.

And a Mig 15 (don't see many of these around here).
