Copyright 2001 annelizabeth. "One of my earliest photos. This was taken a week after I got my Sony DSC-S70 digital camera. A colleague had just gotten himself a new camera, and so we went out during lunch hour to the oldest part of the town where I lived. I loved the pattern that the locked gate left on the stone, and how it warmed the stone where it touched it. I looked at it when I got home, and the contrast just wasn't enough for me, so I made the decision that I would manipulate it to bring out the colour and make the rest monochrome."
