Welcome to our "What in the world?" section, where you are challenged to identify unusual or strange-looking pictures. In some cases, the picture would be readily-identified if it wasn't cropped or photographed as an extreme close-up. In other cases, the subject is completely shown, but the shooting angle makes it difficult to know what it is. And other pictures are just hard to identify because their subjects are unusual.
