Canceling your membership

Instructions for canceling your subscription through PayPal

Unsubscribing is fast and easy.

It's simple for you to cancel your membership subscription at PayPal, with no further obligations on your part. Your payments and your membership will cease at once. Just follow the steps outlined below.

HERE'S HOW

To unsubscribe from your PhotographyTips.com membership, visit your PayPal account at www.paypal.com. Your payment record, credit card information, etc. there are confidential. We don't have access to your PayPal financial details record at all. We could cancel your membership by deleting your access information from our database, but your subscription payments would continue until you actually unsubscribe at PayPal. Click here to login to your PayPal account right now.

ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED IN TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

You should be on your "My Account Overview" page:

(1) In the Recent Activity table, you should see a line that contains "Payment for Photographytips.com Ltd."
(2) Under the "Details" column in that line, click on "Details"
(3) On the page that opens next, look for the line that says "In reference to:" and has a long subscription number (with letters in it) next to it.
(4) Click on this number
(5) You will be brought to your "Subscription details" page
(6) Scroll down to the bottom, where you will see a "Cancel subscription" button
(7) Click on the "Cancel subscription" button
(8) This will open a "Cancel subscription" page
(9) Click on the "Cancel subscription" button to confirm that you wish to cancel your PhotographyTips.com membership
(10) A page will open that states "The subscription has been cancelled" with details shown.

That's It! It's that simple. And your subscription and your payments will end at once.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please be sure to unsubscribe as closely as possible to the end of the paid-up term, because a cancellation at PayPal causes an automatic and immediate cancellation of membership.

IF YOU RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THE ABOVE PROCEDURE, THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO CANCEL.

(1) Log into PayPal at www.paypal.com
(2) This should bring you to your "My Account Overview" page
(3) More than halfway down the page, beside "Account History," Click on "All account activity."
(4) This will take you to your "History" page
(5) Under "Search," you will see the word "Show" next to a box that says "All Activity - Simple view"
(6) Click on the small down arrowhead on the right of this box
(7) A long list of topics will drop down
(8) Select "Subscriptions" from the list
(9) Select a range of dates that will cover the period in which you have been a member of PhotographyTips.com
(10) Click on the "Search" button
(11) Look for "Subscription creation" in a line in the table that appears
(12) In the "Subscription creation" line, click on "Details" under the Details column.
(13) This will take you to the "Subscription Details" page
(14) Scroll down to the bottom, where you will see a "Cancel subscription" button
(15) Click on the "Cancel subscription" button
(16) This will open a "Cancel subscription" page
(17) Click on the "Cancel subscription" button to confirm that you wish to cancel your PhotographyTips.com membership
(18) A page will open that states "The subscription has been cancelled" with details shown.

REMINDER - Be sure to unsubscribe as closely as possible to the end of the paid-up term. Subscription cancellation at PayPal causes an automatic and immediate cancellation of your membership.
