Many of the terms associated with film processing, darkroom work, digital photography, the history of photography and highly-technical terms have not yet been included. We plan to update the Glossary over time and as new terms become introduced. Our ultimate objective is to present our viewers with the most comprehensive and thorough list of photography terms and definitions on the internet.

TERMS FOR WHICH YOU CAN'T FIND DEFINITIONS
Perhaps you have come across a term in a photography reference, and you don't know what it means. If it's not already in our Glossary, ask us. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate, easy-to-understand definition, which we'll then add to the Glossary to benefit others.
DEFINITIONS WE GIVE THAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND
It may happen that a definition of ours is too concise, uses terminology with which you aren't familiar, or is just badly-written so it's not clear and easy-to-understand. If you come across any problems with any term in our Glossary, please let us know and we'll take steps to correct them at once.
