I don't normally post my wedding pics here, but I'll put up a few from yesterday to try and boost posting here a bit.
Bride was 45 minutes late due to the limo getting lost in the lanes near her house, in the end a search party found it and got her to the church. It then hit a parked van and the gates of the venue for the photographs, I doubt the driver got a tip.

Nicely done set. I especially like the middle one, if I was still shooting I would steal it.

Willing to share how you lit the couple, especially in the first image?

It's just available light and fill flash, the arch thing is open both sides so light spills in anyway, you could light it with off camera flash, but I didn't have time for anything tricky as the bride was so late and the timings for the meal were stupidly tight to start with.
Normally this is something we discuss with the couple, but this wedding I only met the bride a few weeks before the day and all the timings were booked by then.

Heres another pic showing the open sides of the porch/arch thing (not happy with this one so it won't make the album) They were leaning through the opening/window thing on the right.

LOVE LOVE HDR! The only thing I might do in that last shot of the couple was to bump up the contrast just a slight bit to make the darks a tad bit richer to pull them out, but thats just me

love the last photo. after all the background is the most important part of the photo so it should stand out. especially with blue clouds since so few people get to have those on theyre special day. you could do even better if the two people werent in the way tho, theyre bland and distracting.

i like youre shadow too. gives it the you had to be theyre feeling.

Wedding is the one moment where each bride wants to look beautiful with her costume and the makeup. And photos are their most memorable moments which cannot be altered.
