One of the new fewtures in CS6 is the new blur options (field blur, iris blur, and tilt shift) I thought I'd play with the tilt shif here.
Now I can't help wondering why the need for these new blurs, they were easy enough to do anyway with selections and the existing blurs, this seems to be dumbing things down a bit.
