Hi everyone! I've been lurking here for awhile; I used to post a bit several years ago. Yikes, how time does fly. I'm still taking pictures, but it seems I never have a lot of time to devote to my hobby.

Anyway, I'd love your thoughts on these pictures I took of my Dad last weekend. I'm really starting to like black & white photos, so any feedback on the my b&w conversion would be helpful.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Personally I like what you have it is an intimate portrait of someone you love and you communicated it very well.

Very nice indede. Love the capture on the second on. The concentration on his face shows thru so I suspect his personality shines thru there. I also like the first one but would remove the stick in the water.

Yollie, I felt as though I walked upon your Dad and could hear the sounds of nature in that first shot. Well done. I know you will treasure them. I remember you too!

I really can't add anything of what has been said previously. Nice job with the conversion.
