Still unable to use my slr, I am now using my iPhone 5's camera. Drove around today just to give it a good try. It seems to work nice for landscape images, but not so good for portraits.

Here are a few from down the street from home. All images taken within 150 ft. from the car.

I have to say, the more I use it, the more I am impressed with the camera on the new iPhone 5.

Here are somethings I have learned:

Dont bother to zoom in on anything. You are better off taking the picture as is and then crop it in photos. More often than not, using the auto enhance feature does improve the image as well.

To complete the image, I transfer to computer and open in bridge and Ps.

Its ok to have fun with images.

Keep phone charged, you never know when the inspiration to capture images will hit you.

Along those lines, yesterday morning was perfect for practicing with it. Within five minutes from home, I was able to capture the images I posted in fb at Morning Mist

Enjoy!
